When a buyer or tenant submits an enquiry on a listing, their name, phone number, and message are shared with the listing owner or broker. This is the core purpose of the Platform and is clearly understood by all parties at the time of submission.
We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform:

- Google Analytics — usage analytics
- Google / Firebase — cloud hosting and database services
- WhatsApp Business API — notification and enquiry routing
- Matterport / Pannellum — 360° tour hosting
All service providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely, use it only for the purposes specified, and not share it with any further third parties.
We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Home Rent Deal, our users, or the public.

- Listing data is retained for 1 year after the listing is closed or deleted.
- Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
- Enquiry data is retained for 1 year.
After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
